Payment Plans
We want this experience to be accessible to you. A payment plan is available for all room types at no additional cost.
How it works:
A non-refundable 40% deposit secures your spot, with the remaining balance split across two equal payments.
Deposit (due at booking): 40% — non-refundable, holds your room
Payment 2: 30% — due June 1, 2026
Payment 3: 30% — due August 1, 2026
To book with a payment plan, simply select the payment plan variant for your chosen room type when adding to cart.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
All payments made toward your Wellcraft Menorca retreat are non-refundable. By completing your booking — whether in full or via deposit — you are confirming your spot and agreeing to this policy.
Payment plan participants: All scheduled installments remain due regardless of whether you are able to attend. Missed payments may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund.
Spot transfers: While we are unable to offer refunds, you are welcome to transfer your spot to another guest at no additional charge. Transfer requests must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026 (two weeks prior to the retreat). To initiate a transfer, please contact us at support@bewellcraft.com
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected circumstances. Proof of trip insurance is required for all guests.
