This 50-minute signature class kicks off with an energizing cardio warm-up to get your blood pumping, followed by a dynamic mat Pilates sequence designed to sculpt, strengthen, and lengthen.
Using just your own bodyweight, you'll activate every muscle group for a full-body workout that is both challenging and empowering. The session concludes with a 10-minute guided meditation, allowing you to fully integrate the movement practice, reset your nervous system, and leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and strong.
